What Do I Do For Vaginal Dryness?

Posted on September 7, 2010

Shelle shares this via Yahoo! Answers:

What do I do For Vaginal dryness? I’m only 21 and i don’t get moist down there… this is so embarrassing… i only have one ovary and tube… because it was removed due to a cyst… what can i do besides use lubricants?

You’re in luck, Shelle! Not only are personal lubricants perfectly acceptable to use (just make sure you’re choosing one that’s healthy for your body!), but there are several other things you can be doing to support your natural ability to lubricate. Our resident expert, Carolyn Braddock, writes about this often, and this post is a practical guide to addressing vaginal dryness, with a link to even more resources!

Among the solutions:

1. Drink plenty of water (not soda) to ensure that the body is well hydrated. Balance the diet. Add some nutritional supplements if needed.
2. Be careful about using harsh chemicals, soaps, douches, and other products containing allergens, dyes and fragrances.
3. Exercise to increase the “chi” or chi energy and breath moving through the body.
4. Stimulate your sexual organs. Lubrication may take a bit longer, but it is still there. Spend time self pleasuring. With a partner, slow down, take your time.
5. Use some personal lubricant that is natural, and will help to restore your own vaginal moisture. Aloe Cadabra is a magical gel that is 95% organic aloe.
6. Affirm you! Certainly sexual activity can be joyous and exciting. Keep the juices flowing.

Naturally Lubricating The Lesbian Partners

Posted on June 30, 2010

My partner and I are older, wiser, and have been together for over 30 years! We are IN LOVE! When we make love, we get help from our “friend,” Aloe Cadabra, and play with all the fun scents….Tahitian Vanilla, French Lavender, and Natural Aloe. As we get older, we experience more vaginal dryness, so of course we call upon our “friend.” Now, we always feel comfortable, like we are on a long lasting vacation. Thank you for this smooth, silky, friend who helps make our sexual experiences fun, healthy, and ecstatically beautiful!

Increased Sex Drive and Multiple Orgasms

Posted on May 28, 2010

Sarah and Dave of California just shared this incredible story with us. Click through to read about more inspirational Magic Moments. Or, share your own and we’ll send you a coupon code for 20% off your next order. What could be better than sharing ways to enhance your lives, naturally?

After the birth of our second child, I was experiencing dryness and post partem depression. With the extra tasks from having a newborn, time was short, stress was high and the the thought of physical intimacy became less appealing, since it was uncomfortable. As we lost our physical connection, our relationship suffered on every level. We were confused, frustrated and didn’t know that dryness was normal or that there were simple and enjoyable solutions that were designed to work with and support my body’s natural processes. Aloe Cadabra has changed our lives. First it brought the comfort back to sex. As our comfort increased our natural drives for intimacy increased. As our desire for sex increased, our satisfaction with it increased (I was having multiple orgasms for the first time in my life!). As we rediscovered and reconnected with each other, our relationship came back to life and we began to learn and experience new things about each other and with each other. I couldn’t be more thankful for Aloe Cadabra. That it brought back the magic in our relationship, on every level, is amazing. That it’s good for me and I can feel good about using it is even better.
