On Day 67 of Jaiya’s “101 Days of Self Pleasure“, she tried a daytime session with a glass toy and a certain aloe-based lube, with amazing results!
Aloe Cadabra “Happy Feet” Commercial
Here is the first ever commercial we’ve produced at Aloe Cadabra.
It’s called Happy Feet.
For us, it was about finding a safe, fun way to let people know what Aloe Cadabra is, and to let people know that there is a natural choice. We need lots more people to know that we’re out there so everyone is aware that there is a great, natural choice.
So, if you like the commercial and you believe in using products that are As Natural as Nature™, we’re hoping that you’d be willing to forward the commercial to ten of your friends.
We’ve always said that Aloe Cadabra is As Natural as Nature™. And this is about as natural a way to distribute a commercial that we could think of.
At Aloe Cadabra, we believe that happy relationships are the key to a happy life…not only between you and your partner, but also between you and us.
Thanks, from all of us at Aloe Cadabra.
And, as always, happy snuggling.
How Do I STOP Menopause?
“What is menopause?? and what can u do to stop it?”, asks a seemingly frantic Amie on Yahoo! Answers. As usual, the simplest answer turns out to be best, in the words of user Which Witch Is Which: “It’s when you stop your periods, it tends to happen from ages 45-55, and you can’t stop it.”
Well that certainly answers the question, but since Amie seems anxious about it, we’d love to offer some thoughts and suggestions on the matter:
Menopause is indeed an inevitable change in a woman’s body, most popularly marked by the cessation of menstruation (as another contributor said, “…who would want to stop menopause? I mean your periods will become a thing of the past”). “The Great Change” typically comes in two stages, and characteristics of menopause can include irregular periods (before they stop completely), hot flashes, and sleep disturbances. Because your body will have stopped releasing eggs, production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone decreases, and one of the effects of that is vaginal dryness.
Like any other time in your life, keeping your body healthy will be so important! A healthy diet, exercise, and drinking plenty of water will help, as will being mindful of what’s in the other products you’re using. Keeping the vagina moist can be simply a comfort issue if you’re not sexually active at that time, but especially if you are, having a lubricant that actually heals and nourishes your most delicate skin and doesn’t add harmful chemicals to your body is a MUST.
Of course, we recommend something organic…perhaps with a light lavender scent? 😉
Lubrication to Relieve Vulvar Pain
Feeling chapped, pinched, or itchy is no way to feel ready for any sexual activity, much less be comfortable in general, so for women experiencing vulvar pain, lubrication and healthy skin are critical concerns.
Alex at VulvarVestibulitisRelief.com has put together a list of her “rock stars” of moisturization and lubrication, with attention to ingredients, cost, and pain relief or skin nourishing benefits. Aloe Cadabra is on the list, as is Vitamin E oil! We know the healing and soothing powers of aloe and the anti-aging properties of Vitamin E, so it sounds like Aloe Cadabra enriched with Vitamin E must be a winner!
What Do I Do For Vaginal Dryness?
Shelle shares this via Yahoo! Answers:
What do I do For Vaginal dryness? I’m only 21 and i don’t get moist down there… this is so embarrassing… i only have one ovary and tube… because it was removed due to a cyst… what can i do besides use lubricants?
You’re in luck, Shelle! Not only are personal lubricants perfectly acceptable to use (just make sure you’re choosing one that’s healthy for your body!), but there are several other things you can be doing to support your natural ability to lubricate. Our resident expert, Carolyn Braddock, writes about this often, and this post is a practical guide to addressing vaginal dryness, with a link to even more resources!
Among the solutions:
1. Drink plenty of water (not soda) to ensure that the body is well hydrated. Balance the diet. Add some nutritional supplements if needed.
2. Be careful about using harsh chemicals, soaps, douches, and other products containing allergens, dyes and fragrances.
3. Exercise to increase the “chi” or chi energy and breath moving through the body.
4. Stimulate your sexual organs. Lubrication may take a bit longer, but it is still there. Spend time self pleasuring. With a partner, slow down, take your time.
5. Use some personal lubricant that is natural, and will help to restore your own vaginal moisture. Aloe Cadabra is a magical gel that is 95% organic aloe.
6. Affirm you! Certainly sexual activity can be joyous and exciting. Keep the juices flowing.
