After decades of struggle, women will finally be allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia

Although women and men are far from equal in Saudi Arabia, great progress was made after a new royal decree granted women the right to drive cars.

The decision comes just a week after a broad reform program was implemented that now allows women to enter sports stadiums for the first time.
