Each week the CSPH takes a look at a sexual aid that can be just so darn spectacular for some people, that it needs to be highlighted. This week we have Aloe Cadabra personal lubricant! How does this contraption work anyway?
Aloe Cadabra personal lubricant is the first all-natural lubricant that is made up of 95% aloe vera. This lubricant is moisturizing and not nearly as sticky and thick as other lubricants. Aloe Cadabra is also is completely organic (meaning that no chemicals were used on the aloe vera plants used in the lubricant), plus it is anti-bacterial and fungal. What a great way to go green! Aloe Cadabra is condom and sex toy compatible too; just apply the desired amount of lube to the vaginal area or liberally to the penis (condom or no condom), or sex toy. This lubricant allows for a very natural feeling, permits easy gliding and effectiveness either alone or with a partner. Aloe is usually associated with curing sun burns, but this Aloe Cadabra lubricant helps with curing vaginal dryness! The name insinuates a magical element to this product, and that’s not far from the truth!
Important things to note:
Aloe Cadabra lubricant contains vitamin E so it soothes and nourishes the skin while lubricating, a two for one deal! This lubricant is absorbed into the body, so if you plan on using it for long periods at a time, you will most likely have to reapply it at some point. Also it is important to note that this lube is edible, so no need to fear if it is ingested. Also important to note, Aloe Cadabra is not spermicidal and does not prevent STIs.
Keeping it clean:
Aloe Cadabra absorbs into the body, like through the vaginal tissue for example, so there is no staining of fabric or skin. Therefore there is no clean up necessary, which means more time to play, less time cleaning up!
