Shipping Policy:
Live Well Brands will ship all orders placed at AloeCadabra.com within 48-72 working hours of receipt of the order. Orders will be shipped via parcel (typically UPS or USPS) post and can be expected to be received within 3-7 working days of shipment. Minimizing Our Footprint:
At Live Well Brands, we believe our job is to maximize service and minimize our footprint. Whenever possible, Live Well Brands packages will be shipped using recycled packing materials (from the peanuts to the cardboard!).
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund, or exchange. All requests for refund or exchange must occur within 30-days of date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in new unused condition, in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice included. Shipping Charges:
Returns: If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the total cost of the item(s) only.
Exchanges: If you are exchanging merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Your replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Incorrect Orders: If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect or defective merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us ($5.99 Domestic & 19.99 International per order maximum reimbursement), and you will not be charged for the shipping costs for the replacement merchandise.
Credits to your Charge Card:
Credits toward your charge card will be issued as soon as we receive your return. If you request replacement product to ship out before your return is received, we will charge your card as if it is a new order.
